I have just picked up my new 4.5 tonne Chaigley weekender plus and I love it ! This company has been absolutely outstanding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After a difficult journey with KPH our box ended up in Chaigley’s workshop, they were incredibly supportive, professional, and reassuring throughout, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.

The finished horse box is everything we hoped for and more. The bespoke additions, including a dog gate, an additional bed, and even a bite guard for my horses, have been completed to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail has clearly been thought through with safety, comfort, and practicality for me and my horses as the top priority.

What makes it even better is that the horse box now works perfectly not only for our horses, but also for our dogs and as a campervan. It is genuinely versatile and has opened up so many more possibilities for how we can use it.
Customer service has been first class from start to finish, with excellent communication and a genuine desire to deliver the best possible outcome. A truly 10 out of 10 experience.
